We charge our shipping and handling fee according to weight/quantity of goods ordered and location as well.

Due to quality service and reliability in package delivery; SAMSON GEMS prefers to ship all packages via FedEx and UPS. Postal Service is totally unreliable here and we totally discourage this however customers can specify any shipping courier of their choice where necessary.

Returns/Refunds - accommodated provided you notify us in advance before returning. Materials must be returned unaltered, within 5 days of receipt. (Please note that customer is responsible for all shipping costs.)
