Policies

1. MINIMUM ORDER & DISCOUNTS - The minimum order is $350.00, we offer a 10% discount on orders above $2200.00 and 15% discount on orders above $5000.00

2. DELIVERY - We ship by U.S. Postal Service, United Parcel Service or Federal Express. All shipments require an adult signature upon receipt. We will determine the best method of shipping based on your order. If you require special delivery services, please request these at the time you place your order. A phone number is required for all orders. We also need to know if the delivery address is a commercial or residential address.

3. SAFE DELIVERY GUARANTEED - In the USA via FedEx. If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please notify us immediately DO NOT RETURN ANY MERCHANDISE. Save our original shipping container and packing material; notify us immediately upon opening the package. We will give you specific instructions. Shortages must be reported immediately after receipt of the order.

4. SATISFACTION GUARANTEED/RETURNS - Immediate replacement or refund upon receipt of any item returned within 5 days after receipt. Items returned must be in the same condition as sent. We MAY not accept returns on items if our labels, bags, ring boxes or tags have been changed or removed. There will be a restocking fee on all "IMPROPER" returns. To exchange or return merchandise, please send it fully insured and properly packaged by UPS or Federal Express with your instructions for exchange or refund (please do not use the postal service because it is unreliable).

5. OUT OF STOCK ITEMS OR SUBSTITUTIONS - Unless you specify otherwise, we will backorder, cancel or substitute items that are out of stock. You are not billed for the backorder until the merchandise is shipped. You will be advised of any backorders or cancellations on your invoice.

6. PAYMENT - We accept Western Union Money Transfer, TT/wire transfer, Checks, Money Orders. All orders must be fully or at least partly prepaid for. COD ORDERS ARE NOT ACCEPTED!
